PREP MASTER
SNAP SHOT
The Prep Master’s main role is on the production line. The Prep Master also works 1 farmer’s market per week, and a few hours a month on administrative responsibilities. The Prep Master shares production duties with, and is also supported by the Grinder. Experience in a high-volume kitchen or on a production line is very helpful.

SET SCHEDULE
Saturday - farmer's market (June - October)
Sunday - production
Monday - production
Tuesday - production/admin
Mornings, 6 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (roughly)
20-40 hours/week (depending on sales)
BASIC COMPENSATION
- $13.50 - $16/hr (during production/admin hours)
- $15/hour + 7% net farmer's market sales commissions pooled (during a farmer's market, commissions paid in cash weekly)
- Employee discount on all products
- Hourly and commission rates are eligible for a raise after every 1 year with satisfactory reviews
- Use of your personal vehicle for Farmer’s Markets: A company vehicle may be provided, but they are limited. A medium to full size SUV (like a 4 - runner) is required at this time. Smaller SUVS or full-size sedans (like most Subaru’s) with top racks are great
- Gas credit/reimbursements if your own vehicle is used
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep all ingredients/packaging
- Support the Grinder and share grinding duties
- Grind product
- Mix, fill, and package product
- Clean
- Inventory management and ordering
- Administrative
- One farmer's market per week (June - October)
- Other production related tasks given by the Grinder or Head Nut
