SNAP SHOT
The production line works generally with 3 people. Lead by The Grinder, all duties are shared. Experience in a high performing kitchen is helpful, either food manufacturing or restaurant.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES AVAILABLE
We grind 2 - 4 days per week depending on sales, Tuesday - Friday
Beginning in the A.M. ending in afternoon.
BASIC COMPENSATION
$17.29 - $20/hr + commissions**
25 - 40 hours/week
- **Additional percentage of online sales is paid increasing your basic compensation pay on average $1 - $3 per hour. Details apply.
- **During farmer's market season, additional commissions are also paid for all production hours worked increasing your basic compensation $2 - $7 per hour on average. Details apply.
- Employee discount on all products.
- Basic hourly compensation and commission rates are eligible for an increase with satisfactory reviews.
- 21 days PTO (paid time off) after 6 months of satisfactory work. Details apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep all ingredients/packaging
- Support the Grinder and share grinding duties
- Mix, fill, and package product
- Clean
- Inventory management and ordering
- You must be physically capable of unassisted lifting and moving of a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Other production related tasks given by the Grinder or Head Nut
- Must have reliable transportation.
