Emotional Skills
Being able to create and provide a PB Love Experience is an incredibly important priority here at The PB Love Company; that is, feeding people real delicious food and spreading smiles is our purpose. Simply put, we are in the business of making others feel good!
We are most interested in your emotional intelligence rather than your technical skills. While your past work experience certainly plays a role in our hiring decision, we believe the ideal teammate has a genuine interest in making other people happy. Applicants who truly find it rewarding to make others feel better and who receive authentic pleasure from seeing joy in other people are generally a more likely fit.

Technical Skills
You will be trained in all technical skills necessary to fulfill any job responsibility in the listed positions. Previous experience in these types of positions is extremely helpful. You are expected to maturely own and lead your position during and after training.
A high level of self-awareness, the ability to self-manage, and confidence in your capacity to problem solve are all nonnegotiable. All positions are considered “manual labor”. You must have the strength and ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds, stand for several hours, and be totally cool with lots of movement indoors and out.
