It's peach season here in Colorado! That means it's time to find your favorite peach grower and have some delicious fun with Cinnamon Almond.
This quick, easy to make, nutritious meal (for breakfast, lunch or even dinner) will make you and your belly oh so happy! It's "peach cobbler" for everyone who is gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan, and set for all the real food eaters who enjoy insane food orgasms.
INGREDIENTS:
Colorado peaches
2 tbsp Cinnamon Almond
Organic whole milk (vegan option: substitute organic whole coconut milk)
Oats
For a single serving
½ cup Old Fashioned (regular) oats (you can use quick oats-just follow the directions on your package, or soak your oats overnight)
1 c milk or water, or a combo of both. I like to cook mine in water, and then top it with whole milk at the end.
¼ tsp salt (so they don’t taste like paste)
2 T PB Love CO Cinnamon Almond Butter, more to taste
1 fresh, rip Colorado peach-pitted, peeled and diced
STEPS:
Mix oats, liquid, salt in a saucepan and heat until it begins to boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until thick, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from stove and mix in the Cinnamon Almond butter, add any extra milk/cream. Top with fresh peaches and enjoy!
*Try dried cranberries or finely diced apples into the cooking process.
If you want the full experience of a traditional peach cobbler, add a single scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
This real food combo is so satisfying, you will find yourself telling all your foodie friends and family about your living in almond butter bliss!
You can buy a three-pack of Cinnamon Almond, or make this combo with any of our other stone-ground nut butters. Perhaps a PB Love Threesome is a great choice.

Wishing you the happiest of bellies,
