Katie first learned about PB Love's premium nut butters a couple of summers ago through a friend who gifted Salty Peanut to her. She has been hooked ever since! Our new partnership with her has been fun, exciting, and educational!

Katie has been an active individual most of her life with sports and other athletics. In 2014 she entered the wonderful world of yoga and meditation which set her on a path to having more control of her body, emotions, and overall well-being.

In 2015 she founded KATIESAMPAYO.COM and in 2017 published "Eat to Thrive: The Anti-Diet Cookbook".

Based in Baltimore, Katie is now a personal trainer, teaches group fitness classes, and hosts wellness retreats all over the world!
